I talked to Canopy tech support and a friend talked to 3rd level Vonage support and both said the same thing. Canopy and any other wireless adds 30 - 40 ms of latency. Are you sure thats what you are ...
Im using Motorola Canopy. This system adds a 30 - 40 ms of latency to the transmission. Does Vonage use a codec that can stand this much without compromising the QOS and how do I change it.
