I got a reply to my support email stating that I've been permanently downgraded (and so far that's been true for 2 nights).

Also said that they are aware of the problems and are working on it.

Damn... they upgraded me back to 1.01.07 sometime DURING THE DAY today...

I wonder if the downgrade didn't last as long because I did it myself instead of getting a tech to do it?

Yeah, as I suspected, my firmware was upgraded back to 1.01.70 last night.

Dumbasses.... I wonder if it's even possible to tell the system not to upgrade me.

Now I gotta call them again.

I am in the same situation. I have an RTP-300 and use Comcast high speed.

Unfortunately, I didn't see this post until after I yelled at Comcast support for messing up my connection. Smile

I plugged my phone adapter into my router and internet connection was faster. Probably because The Router is doing exactly what it is meant to do.. Route Traffic, so the Phone Adapter don't have to.
