Not sure about other models; however, using the RT31P2 Linksys Voice/Ethernet Router use IP Address: 192.168.15.1

When the connectivity loss occurs, my approach is power-off the modem, shutdown the PC, and power-off the Linksys RT31P2, wait 2 ... |
