I am betting that your ISP is too slow. Apparently your "rooftop" system is a slow wifi connection and too slow for vonage. Any idea what the speed of your connection is?

You do NOT NEED PORT FORWARDING or any DMZ settings.

I have had vonage for 1 1/2 years and it has worked with no router settings. All I had to do was plug it in.
