After speaking to vonage 3 times, they are telling me its a packet loss error (they made me do a tracert). So I have to call my isp (blueyonder) to see what they can do about it...
I am in the UK and use Telewest Cable Broadband, with a download speed of 2Mbps and upload of 256kbps. My cable modem is a Scientific atlanta webstar DPC2100.
