Yes, Vonage is my service.

Its trying to acess Port 45837 (UDP) but the firewall is blocking it.

This ip has been trying several times a day to pass my firewall. Should I let it in?

And what is it anyway?

Yes, it was set up months ago, it still gives me the reminders in dashboard that it needs to be done, which is rather redundant, but I will phone tech support (sigh) and see if its truly in place.
