They aren't using a Canadian Infrastructure for terminating, they are terminating from the USA. This can be verified by calling a Canadian Only Toll Free number which will not work with Vonage.
I get full caller name identification on the web. I can't quote on the phone side though as I don't have compatable equiptment, so my caller ID on that side is non-existant.
