After two months I gave up and had them make my temporary number my permanent one. That's after 4 faxes of the LOA, and many, many phone calls and E-Mails.

My away around it was to disable the Vonage voicemail and set call forwarding to ring both my Voange and cell phone lines at the same time. This way all calls go to my cell phone voicemail.

Got the new firmware also (1.26.01 for my RT31P2). I checked the other day and it wasn't updated, today it is. Didn't request anything.
