I think the 522 originally wouldn't let you type in *99 for the prefix. Same as 942 boxes, but a recent upgrade to the 942/522/625 allows the * to be typed in.

I would set bandwidth saver on lowest setting on both of your accounts. Quality is not that bad, if 30k works move up to 50k and see if that works, if not drop back to 30k. give it a try at least.
