It seems it does the error code 0004 only when I change the bandwidth option on the webpage but not always.

I know mine does 100-240v ac but it is the very brand new one that came out last month or so (the one with the orange stripe and is black with the HUGE lit lcd screen).

I have model VDV21-VD and sometimes I see error code [0004] pop up then go away.

What exactly is that error?
