Vonage tech support can send you a replacement power adapter. Not all of the tech agents know this is possible, but it definitely is, as long as they have the IP8100 adapters in stock.
If you've been a customer for more than a year, their policy is to charge for a replacement. You won't get that same model, but you will get an equivalent, because they don't have the RT's anymore.
