We haven't had any problems as far as I know.
Have you tried calling and leaving a message yourselves?
Also, can you see the messages on your dashboard and can you listen to them there?

That is true. Though recently there have been incidents similar to this. I found the forum when I was looking into getting Vonage.

You've had Vonage for about a year and just in last couple of days joined forum and two posts have been negative. Things that make you go 'hmmmm'!
