As long as your router is providing QoS to your (Vonage) phone then you want to leave that switched on. The test is telling you that your QoS is doing it's job correctly - the test upload/download ... |

What firmware is your router currently running? Also, what is your QOS setting at? Have you also tried the 30 second reboot procedure and see if that clears up your router?
