Call the top number and you get 2 choices.. customer support (no thank you) or a dial by name directory. That's helpful...IF you know who you need to call!

We live outside of Dallas and are located in what is called an 'extended metro area', translated that means we pay astronomically ...

I think this is a must have, especially if you use Vonage for business purposes yet do not have a high end phone system/PBX.

This is the only feature I'm missing that I dearly desire.
