1) The service rep was unaware of their own system wide announcement, which was posted on the forum site and the main vonage account management site;

2) had no update ...

I lost incoming calls yesterday. Callers from non-Vonage phones get a "number not in service" message.

I have not had incoming service for 27 hours now. How nice!

My configuration is Modem --> Hawking Broadband Booster ---> WRT54GS.

Into the WRT54GS I have 3 items:

Port 1 --- RTP 300 with 2 lines
Port 2 --- RTP 300 with 1 line

I can only tell you that my parents, who spend a lot time in Mexico use Lingo as their VOIP phone. They have no problems at all. They use a 415 area code and it works great. Good luck.
