I was receiving calls from everyone outside the Qwest network (which was my previous provider), but calls within Qwest would ring and when we answered, nobody was on the other end. Callers would tell us the line would ring and ring and ring (even though we appartenly answered). About 48 to 72 hours after the official LNP change, the Qwest calls were coming through with all other. Problem gone. I'm happy with my Vonage accounts. I got my original Vonage number for business calls a year and a half ago. Was only unhappy with it while I had an unreliable DSL line. Since I switched to cable I've had nearly flawless service.
