Vonage Appoints Barbara Goodstein as Chief Marketing Officer

HOLMDEL, N.J., June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG), a leading provider of communications services connecting individuals through cloud-connected devices worldwide, today announced the appointment of Barbara Goodstein as Chief Marketing Officer.

Ms. Goodstein will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the Company's sales and marketing initiatives. She will serve on the company's Senior Leadership Team and will report to Vonage CEO, Marc Lefar.
