services, today announced that it will hold its 2007 Annual Stockholders'
Meeting on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The event will be held at the
Robert Meyner Reception Center at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, N.J.
Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2007 are
entitled to attend the 2007 Annual Stockholders' Meeting and vote their shares.
In accordance with Vonage's security procedures, all stockholders attending the
2007 Annual Stockholders' Meeting must present an acceptable form of photo
identification and proof of share ownership as of the close of business on March
30, 2007.
