Welcome to today's edition of the Vonage Voip Forum Digest.

Today's Vonage news is a little light so we will go directly to the forum where a member is having some problem with the phone adapter. Finally we will conclude with the Vonage stock price update.

In The Vonage Voip Forum

A Vonage Forum Associate, Soxx, begins a new thread titled, 'What phone adapter?'

He begins his new thread titled, "OK, I found out my garage leaks and now my Linksys phone adapter I got when I signed up with Vonage is dead. I am looking at going to the store and getting a new adapter box but unsure what is a good one to get:

Linksys PAP2 Linksys WRTP54G (I already have a Linksys wireless g for my home wireless) Dlink VTA-VR Motorola VT1005V

or order from the Vonage site Motorola VT2142 Dlink VWR"

Tglea replied saying, "I'm sure you could search the forum for information about each specific product. Personally, I can tell you that I have used the VTA for one year now and have had zero problems. The only thing I have noticed is that it tends to get rather hot (much more than my router) so be sure to place it in an open and ventilated location. Good Luck!"

Steve48 agreed to Soxx saying, "Soxx, I agree with Tglea. If you're happy with your wireless router, then all you need for Vonage is a simple adapter. Either the PAP2 or the D-link VTA should serve you well."

Soxx again adds, "I was thinking pap2 but wasn't sure if it was any good if I remember right it used to have alot of problems."

Xnewuser joined the conversation saying, "Just my 2-cents, but my Motorola VT1005V has been working great for well over a year. A friend also has had one for a few months longer than I have, and has experienced no problems either."

Steve48 again said, "The PAP2s have been around for a long time now. Whatever problems they may have originally had are, I think, long past."

Vonage Stock Report

On Tuesday, at New York Stock Exchange, Vonage stock closed at $3.14 a share. This is a dip of 0.04 cents (1.26%) from that of Monday's closing price $3.18 a share. The day's lowest price was $3.13 a share. Total number of Vonage share traded on Tuesday was 419,400.
