Arnold Rings Up Vonage Ad Biz

Boston ad agency Arnold Worldwide dialed into a major new piece of business yesterday, winning voice-over-Internet-protocol company vonage-forum.com/vlink6.html">Vonage's estimated $75 million in ad business.
vonage-forum.com/vlink6.html">Vonage represents a big win for Arnold, which has had its best year since 2000.
This year, Arnold has won business from Tyson Foods, Pfizer, Timberland, Goodyear Tire, Delta Faucet Co. and others.
Many experts expect VoIP, which allows phone calls to be made over the Internet, will eventually replace traditional land-line service.
Arnold says Vonage is leading the way. About half of Vonage's $75 million budget is expected to be spent online.
