Your picture of your current configuration picture doesn't make much sense to me, but I think you mean you have this.

Modem -> PC1
-> PC2
-> PC3
-> Vonage Router

If this is what you mean, then you are correct, and this is how it is setup.

If you mean something else, I would recommend you set it up like this. This will let the DIR655 take care of QoS for Vonage.

Also in your picture you say you have your Modem plugged in to a LAN port, but it should be the WAN port. I'm guessing this is just a typo, but wanted to mention it in case it was not. You should have 1 WAN and 4 LAN ports on that router.
