You're getting the same amount of packetloss with and without the WRTP54G connected to your cable modem correct? If you haven't already, I would set up an appointment with a TW tech and have them check your connection. While he's there, run the Voip test from http://myvoipspeed.visualware.com/ so he can see the resulting packetloss you are experiencing. You may also want to remove your Vonage device before he shows up so he doesn't dismiss this as a Vonage issue. He may not even notice your WRTP54G as a Vonage device, but I'm certain that he will remove it anyway and check the connection directly from your cable modem to your PC.

Did you have a chance to check with any of your neighbors to see if their connections are experiencing the same type of packetloss?
