You need to set up the router. Open the ports for the internet to work correctly. Open IE and type " http://192.168.1.1 " and then the password is admin. Once you go in there goto port forwarding and correct the problem. Took me about a week to get my internet running right, vonage is great though. I wouldn't cancel that fast, actually I wouldn't cancel at all. Ask me if you need any help, I know a lot about it.
