Vonage You need to set the WAN side of the RT31P2 to a static 192.168.1.x address outside

You need to set the WAN side of the RT31P2 to a static 192.168.1.x address outside the DHCP scope of the WRT54GS and also turn on Remote Administration. Then you'll be able to admin the RT31P2 from your PC by going to http://192.168.1.x:8080. You need to specify port 8080 when you're coming in fron the WAN side of the RT31P2 because Remote Administration runs on port 8080.
