You can test on the other site mentioned and see if the quality is good. It may not even be your provider. It may be a network upstream of them. Run tracert from Start/Run/cmd/ tracert secure.vonage.com and you will see the networks involved.

Packet Loss is packets that never made it to the destination IP. Packet Discards are packets that made it but were not able to be put in sequence in the conversation. So they were discarded.Excessive Discards or Loss that will result in broken conversations
