Yes this is possible, but it can be a setup that has problems.
The problems for your setup are two fold.
1. The bridge connection in general has been a setup that people have problems with when using Vonage. The issue is a reliable connection due to the wireless internet.
2. Your potential for issues is made worse by the fact that you will be connecting to what is probably a fairly weak signal since it is coming from another building.
What you would need is a router that is capable of being a "wireless client" or a "wireless ethernet bridge".
They almost do the same thing, but a wireless client allows you to connect just one device, where a wireless ethernet bridge allows you to connect multiple devices.
If you are going to go down this road I would recommend a Linux based router like the WRT54GL and use aftermarket firmware in it like Tomato or DD-WRT.
I've never used this type of configuration, but I have seen people have luck with it.
Please be warned though I have also seen many people be very unhappy with this type of setup because they could not keep a stable connection and as a result their phone call quality suffered.
Also this is a fairly complicated setup so I would not look in to this unless you are comfortable tinkering with things like this.
If you don't have any other options this is probably worth a shot, but its not without its problems.
