Yes, I would like to see if you can place and receive calls if you temporarily disable port forwarding. I have gone over it several times and I can't see any way that the Actiontec port forward to 192.168.15.1.

I guess it is technically possible if the Vonage router is somehow using IGRP to indicate to the Actiontec that 192.168.15.x is available and then internally routing it to itself. But even that doesn't really make a lot of sense.

In your "success" you mentioned two changes. You factory reset your Vonage router and you set up port forwarding. What I am hoping is that we can identify whether simply the reset worked or whether the port forwarding is required. If we can show it is required then I will put a little more effort into determining why.
