Yes, I forgot to mention that the RT32P2's OoS for Voice is "on" and I have tried the following settings: (512k, 256k, 128k, 64k, 32k) all to no avail. Dosen't seem like it's really on (or it is as if it is expecting a typical cable connection around 3mbit/384kbit and not my 144k/144k :)

Sounds like a WRT54Gx is the way to go, I will pick one up and try the stock firmware first.
