Yep, you'll need to call Vonage tech support. When you get someone, ask to speak with "Advanced Service" if they try to route your call further, tell them it's regarding firmware. It's important that Vonage hears about these problems so that they can be addressed in future firmware versions. They'll be able to give you whichever firmware version works well for you, and hopefully will work with you to get the current version (and future revisions) to work without a problem.
