Yeah Music on hold would be good or at least some sort of message than just a quiet line. normally the Flash (US) or Recall (UK) button is enough to put a call on hold. Most providers here in the UK provide a "Youve been placed on hold" or a " Please hold the line" message depending on the provider. The same kind of thing from vonage would be good. Just think Vonage if your reading this!! if you did music on hold it could include adverts of the vonage service haha! free advertising. think of how many non vonage customers call vonage lines and dont even know it or even know what vonage is :) just a thought tho.
