Yeah, I read about that somewhere on this board. Unfortunately there are no five-digit numbers down my way any more, and this has only started happening recently (in the last month or so).

I'm a little put out with them. They didn't give me a ticket number and I have no idea whether or not they're pursuing it (despite the fact that the guy said they'd look into it, I rather got the impression he was just trying to get me off the phone). This means if I try and chase it up I'll probably have to start from scratch again.

If it's by design they should have a recorded announcement telling us to redial with the STD code, not some old guff about the lines being busy.
