Yeah, I keep asking, and I have gotten a number of different answers. I finally talked to someone in tech support that sounded like he actually knew what was going on. He indicated that caller ID name transfers in a few cases, but that it usually doesn't work that way. He also confirmed that new numbers will not have outgoing name in any case. He said they're working on it...hopefully not in the same way that they are working on the website performance issues.<G> If you are depending upon having this feature, you might want to ask again. Talk to tech support, not to sales.
