Wow! I really hope this isn't the wave of the future!!! Per byte billing is a horrible idea. It's like per minute dial up except you can transfer information faster!!! That died a long time ago. I understand the argument of the other side. Why should a moderate user have to subsidize the bandwidth hogs? I just don't think it's the answer though. My opinion.
