Vonage When we had Vonage previously we had no problems sharing files between our computers

When we had Vonage previously we had no problems sharing files between our computers with our Linksys router. We recently got a new linksys router (RTP300) for our new account and now we can't share files anymore. We get the error:
"<Workgroup Name> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."

Both computers are set as administrator but it still won't work. I've checked the settings of the different folders and everything is set to share. This only started when we got a different router.

Any idea how to fix this?
