When I first got Vonage, I had loads of trouble. It was all caused by an internet problem. Come to find out there was a bad node that was causing the problem. Once the techs found the node and replaced it, my Vonage has been spectacular, except for the outage this weekend. If you want to find out if it is an internet problem, run the VOIP speed test and post the results. Your Vonage experience will only be as good as your internet connection.
