I've said on more than one occasion that I wish Vonage would spend more on support and less on advertising, and that they should warn of the pitfalls that await the few. Unfortunately, you're one of the few. As for so many people having problems, I think that's a matter of perspective. Compared to the total number of people using the service, it's probably a pretty small number.
