What is your router make and model?

I know I have a Linksys WRT54GX4 and I had many problems with it at first because of the firmware version. It was basically treating the Voip connection like a denial of service attack and dropping many of the packets.

Looking at least at the summary results it looks like your connection is OK, but if you could provide the data in the Advanced section of the results it will give people more data.

The detailed results aside, one common issue even with good connection is making sure that the Voip device connection gets a higher priority. This is called Quality of Service, or QoS for short.

Many newer routers have a QoS section where you can give priority to certain types of traffic, or certain devices. There are also external devices that do this, especially for the upstream connection. I personally use a Hawking Broadband Booster (HBB1), but this was mostly because my previous router didn't have QoS.

One of the members on this site, NateHoy, has a site with some of these items for the router configuration that you should check out.
