Well, we cannot turn terminated accounts back active. You HAVE TO (no exceptions) sign up for a new account and have someone like me swap the phone numbers/equipment over to the new account ... You are waiting for nothing, and the rep that you talked to probably did not know we cannot make a terminated account active again. I can get you setup in about an hour, but you have to sign up for a new account, let it charge you $68.08, get that credited back to your c/c , then give me your old acct#, new acct#, phone number, and WAN MAC Address of the device you wish to use then I can get it all activated for you
