Well,it would appear I have some good news. After working with Adelphia support, it looks like I had 2 problems. The first, was that I had too many drops coming off of my cable in. So we split the in, and ran one dedicated line to my cable modem, and the rest of the house was on the second run. The 2nd problem is that I was using my APC cable surge suppressor, and I think that was causing too much signal loss. So I replaced that with a Powermax surge suppressor, and I haven't experienced a problem in almost 2 weeks. (and I have had phone calls lasting over 4 hours).
