Vonage Well, first of all thanks for the replies. My internet connection is handing

Well, first of all thanks for the replies.

My internet connection is handing out a routable IP address - 66.93.115.233, that is then multi-NATted into my 192.168.0.x/255.255.0.0 range by my Netopia DSL Modem/Router (Old R in the diagram above)

All connections to the internet go to the Netopia via a 24 port switch.

DHCP is handled by the Netopia Router (a netopia DSL modem/router) for the 192.168.0.129-254 range.

Since each of the Voip Routers WAN connection is actually connecting to the Netopa, the Voip WAN IP's are in the 192.168.0.x range

The Linksys is connected to the switch, and is programmed for WAN address 192.168.0.75 with its internal LAN IP of 192.168.15.1.

The Motorola is connected to the switch, and is programmed for WAN Address 192.168.0.76 with its internal LAN IP of 192.168.16.1.

From a node in the network (192.168.0.135) I can ping the following:
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.75 ===Linksys WAN
192.168.0.76 ===motorola WAN
192.168.15.1 ===Linksys internal LAN
192.168.16.1 ===Motorola internal LAN

So basically, I DON'T want to mess with the netopia, and shouldn't have to - it's doing its job quite nicely :-)

I don't want to plug anything into the Linksys - there's no need.

But because the Motorola is a WiFi access point, I want to utilize it's wifi, but have it assign an IP address within the 192.168.0.x range and issue DHCP relay for the 192.168.0.x range - in other words, act as a BRIDGE rather then a ROUTER.

Now some further information - I've set up a static route on the Moto of 192.168.0.1/255.255.0.0 via 192.168.16.1 and turned on the DHCP server on the moto for 192.168.16.2 through 192.168.16-254.

This *seems* to have fixed everything - I can obtain an IP (192.168.16.2) and ping the following:
192.168.16.1 ===Motorola internal LAN
192.168.0.76 ===Motorola WAN
192.168.0.1
www.google.com

It seems to me the static route *might* be unnecessary, since, by definition of being a router, that route should *already* exist.

I guess the Bridge/Router is my biggest question, and the fact that I can't DHCP relay is a bummer. Also, the fact that I can't change the LAN IP anymore is a little concerning, but, whatever...

PS
Here's the Route dump
Destination IP Mask Gateway Metric Delete
192.168.0.1 255.255.0.0 192.168.16.1 0

VT2542 installation behind Router

OK - I've just gotten my second VoIP router for lines 3 and 4, and its a VT2542. What
OK, the way I see it, your Internet connection is handing out IP address 192.168.0.76,
you cannot use 192.168.0.X as you LAN IP,it is a reserved IP for the network domain..your
maybe I'm a little green but why are you changing the subnets? You have 255.255.0.0
That's what I thought also, but it seems like there's no way to Bridge the WAN address
I'll ask you the same question I've asked others with the wireless router. Which
Browser is IE 7. I'll give Vonage a call tomorrow to see if its a firmware issue.
I have this problem as well that it says subnets are matching and then it reverts
I'm having the same issue as ofblong. Does anyone have a solution or reason for
