Well afterVonage could not fix the problem after hours of talking to them I decided to troubleshoot myself. I did a hard reset by calling into my device ****, then put in the code 73738#, password 5465866#, and then I pressed "1" to confirm. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. I then plugged my Pap2 directly into the cable modem and it worked! I knew then it was a problem with the router. I try forwarding ports with no success. I went into my firewall settings and found out that my Endpoint Filtering was the problem. I changed the settings to "Endpoint Indepenent" for both UDP and TCP and now it works great. These settings have been the same since I bought my router over 6 months ago. Why did all the sudden I get issues?
