Well, I think that i fthe issue is a known issue, and many people are experiencing a problem internationally. (search the posts, many, many people have the EXACT same issue, then I think an attorney would take the case. It would have merit.
I've tried calling 30 times in a row, tried calling cell phones over there and tried at different times since Friday. Every time yields the same result. A perpetual ringing phone that sounds like an american ring. If I hang up and call with a calling card, they answer right away an dthe ring sounds like the usual Ukraine ring (like a long beeeeeep)
I actually really want Vonage to do well and work out. I am truly hoping they remedy this because I hate SBC. But I have found many Vonage competitiors that very well may not be drowing in support from growing too fast that may have time to help its customers.
