I got the Traffic Shaping on the router completely turned off but this doesn't seem to have made much difference.
I also wired my test laptop via CAT5e to the Netgear bridge which the LinksysPAP hangs off, to mimic the setup for the Voip test. The results are as shown, still with the Server> Me at 100% loss, which I really can't explain other than I'm seeing some kind of exception in the testing process.

...More interestingly is the Quality of Service which is now only 19%. I actually ran the test twice and the first time it only came in at a horrible 10%. Not sure if this is related to the turn off of the QoS and Traffic Shaping on the router, but I'll turn these back on again shortly and retest to see if it is indeed related.
I'll update when I get the opportunity to relocate the LinksysPAP to hang directly off the DIR-655, but apart from that I'm out of options.
