My name is Nick from Vonage. I am letting you know about the current situation with your audio. The device you are using is a device that we have been having systematic problems with, and to be honest the problem is out of our hands. We have been working with TI/Linksys for about a week now, and we are trying to get them to fix the problem with their devices. I will notify you as well as any other customers having the same problems with any new developments and/or solutions. Thank you for your patience in this issue.

• My theory is that your ISP is blocking port 5060. That would agree with everything
