We got everything working. Fax was actually easy, decided to use the computer, was excellent (wrote a few php scripts to add functionality). Credit/debit, switched to ethernet based and forced the provider to upgrade the equipment - stunning speed! And security systems went through perfect with Voxcom, they really know what they are doing. Three other offices have copied our setup successfully. We also went to wireless phones in the office (2 line), everything has been running beautifully for months now. It's wonderful, fast, excellent 98% of the time. Nothing will ever be perfect.
