Was told by Vonag Tech Support to purchase A Wireless Modem Jack....which I did. Its a Belkin. My internet connection (Cable) is upstairs my Tivo downstairs....... The modem did not work and I think it is just to far from the base. Not that it would work anyway based on what i read in the forum. Short of running a 50 foot phone cord down my stairs and through the middle of my living room is there anything I can do to get it to work....The 3 days I have had vonage I love it and would hate to go back to SBC. I have read a lot of suggestions and frankly a lot of them I dont understand the terminology of what people are saying to buy to get this thing to work! Can anyone help me before I send this back!!!!!! Thanks so much for all your help.
