The exact Problem I faced right after 2 years of activation.
Simple Solution is, Change your Power Supply unit to LinkSys Power Supply Unit Model D12-12A / with your own which supplies 12V DC and current out put just more than 1A. The LinkSys Power Supply unit model M2-12S12-L is definitely not the right one.
To avoid this constant reboot problem we can disable the wireless, but router wouldn't allow you to login to administration pages even. With this information I spent more internet search & found to be a problem with the Wireless module. Which is solved by the other Power supply unit.
But until you get your other power supply unit, if you want to have your phone connection up, read on...
1.Switched-off the Router.
2.Waited for 3 minutes.
3.Opened the router casing, pulled out the Wireless module out of its connector.
4.Connected other cables (Phone, a Network cable on one of the 4 ports, Internet Connection)
5.Powered the Router.
6.Waited for 3 min.
7.Now the Router is up. Phone gives the Dial tone.
Here If you have problem, now try resetting the router. (While router Powered on, Press & hold the Reset for one minute to be on safer side)
Wait for 3 min.
Router should be up.
