If there is no other way to do it, I've found three ways to save the usage information using Internet Explorer and Excel (I don't know how well it will work with other browser/spreadsheet combinations, but it should work with them as well).
First, you can use the Activity screen to select the table, starting at "Received Calls" all the way down to the last item displayed, then click CTRL-C. Then, in an open Excel spreadsheet, click CTRL-V to paste it in. You'll then need to resize the columns to make them all fit properly, but you'll only need to do that the first time, assuming you use the same file for storing future usage information.
However, that only gives you a week at a time; you would have to click on "Previous 7 Days" to get each prior week. The second way is to use "Advanced Activity Search," and select a date range you're interested in copying, and either the "Search in Received Calls" or "Search in Placed Calls" option (since, unfortunately, you can't select both at the same time). Then repeat the copy-and-paste process described above to get it into Excel.
The third method is to go into the Billing section and select "Printable Version," and select the table(s) from the "Calling Information" section. These tables seem to paste more cleanly into Excel, but they are limited to the current billing cycle.
Any of these tables can also be pasted into Word, and they look much better there than they do in Excel, but then you lose the analysis ability that you were looking for. But if you just want to create a running history of your Vonage usage, copying them into Word results in nice-looking tables well-suited to that purpose.
The only problem with the Excel approach is that the Duration column ends up formatted as "x min", which means that you would have to get rid of the "min" part to use it for any calculations (like summing the column). An Excel macro or VBA script could probably be written to do that, but I haven't ventured into that area of Excel...
