Vonage VoIP has been working fine for months, then today, nothing. The line is located
VoIP has been working fine for months, then today, nothing. The line is located at a small office. Our internet access is a T1 line that comes in to a hardware firewall, then goes to a switch. From the switch it connects to the VoIP box (RTP300), then the lines connect into the phone. I've tried calling tech support but all they can do is read from their computer screen from somewhere in India. Very frustrating. They suggested moving the RTP300 outside the firewall, but I say since it's been working the way it is for months, how is that going to help? Besides, unhooking my internet line to move the box will cut off all my users from the internet. This is not doable. Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried unplugging the RTP300 and then plugging it back in.
