Userbosco, I have to assume that before you switched to Vonage, all of the jacks in your home were working with two Cox lines. Is that correct? Assuming that it is, and you're sure about it, then when you disconnected from the Cox wiring you somehow separated the pairs in the office from the pairs in the rest of the house.

It's quite common for separate cables to different areas of a house to be brought together in an NIU. There they are connected together and to the service- landline, digital adapter, whatever. In disconnecting from the "whatever", you end up separating the runs to the different parts of the house. I would bet that this is what happened to you. Check what you did carefully to see what happened.
